Welcome to Rena(“Rena,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a contact lens management application designed to help users organize, track, and monitor cosmetic lens information and usage records. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Rena application and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using Rena, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
Rena is intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old
• You possess the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who do not meet these requirements.
Rena provides tools for recording and managing cosmetic contact lens information. Through the Service, users may:
• Upload photos of contact lenses and enter related product information
• Record opening dates and expiration dates for individual lens products
• Save and organize lens records within the application
• View product status indicators based on user-provided dates, including whether lenses are active, nearing expiration, or expired
The Service is intended to support personal organization and awareness related to cosmetic lens usage.
You are solely responsible for all content and information uploaded through the Service. By using Rena, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and lawful information
• Upload only content you have the legal right to use
• Use the Service responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws
You agree not to:
• Upload harmful, unlawful, or infringing content
• Misuse or interfere with the operation of the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data related to the Service
4. User Content and Usage Rights
All uploaded photos, product records, and related information remain your property.
By using Rena, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process and display your content solely for:
• Providing lens tracking and status display features
• Maintaining saved records within the app
• Supporting app functionality and data organization
We do not claim ownership over your content.
5. Data Storage and Status Features
Rena may store your uploaded lens records, dates, and related information to support organizational and status reminder functions. Status indicators are generated based on the dates entered by users and are intended for informational purposes only.
Users remain responsible for independently verifying product condition and suitability for use.
All rights related to Rena’s interface, tracking systems, design elements, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to us.
You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service
• Modify or create derivative works from the app
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:
• Accuracy of date-based status calculations
• Continuous availability of all features
• Compatibility with all devices or data formats
Rena does not provide medical advice or professional healthcare guidance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rena shall not be liable for:
• Loss of uploaded records or saved information
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Outcomes related to reliance on date tracking or status indicators
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
• You violate this Agreement
• Your use of the Service is unlawful, harmful, or abusive
You may stop using Rena at any time.
We may revise this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
